Walnut twist tart

In a bowl mix ground walnut, brown sugar and keep aside

In another bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, egg and mix throughly and knead as soft dough

Divide the dough into two

Grease the tart tray, and keep. Take one portion of dough sprinkle some flour, and roll round as the tart tray size (1/2 inch thickness)

Transfer into greased tray and tap gently, now add melted butter into walnut mixture, combine well, and spread it on the rolled dough

Now take the other portion of dough and roll on the same way and place it on the top of the mixture.

Press gently all over the tart with palm and prick with fork here and there

Bake in pre heated oven 180 degree for 35 min

Once cool, spread icing sugar on the top of tart

Serve the tasty and healthy walnut twist with fresh cream
