Cook the sprouted Matki in the cooker adding salt.

In a pan add oil tempered with mustard seeds and jeera, add hing.

Now add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 1 minute. Now add onion paste saute till golden brown in colour.

Add tomatoes puree and saute till oil released. in between add all dry masala.

Now add Matki and bring it to boil. Misal is should have water consistency as we mix with onion, farsan, and lemon. Enjoy with pav, vada, and potato bhaji.
