Heat a pan add walnuts and dry roast it for a minute and keep it aside for cool down. Now roughly chopped it into small pieces and keep it aside.

In a mixing bowl add melted butter with powdered sugar and vanilla essence, beat on low speed until everything is well combined and make a smooth cream.

Now sieve the all dry ingredients- refined flour, baking soda and baking powder to make sure there are no lumps.

Now gently mix the flour mixture with butter cream and milk and dry roasted walnuts and crumble and mix until the flour well combined with butter cream.

Add choco chips and make a soft dough with out kneading. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Flatten slightly with a rolling pin and cut with the help of cookie cutter.

Preheat oven 180 degree and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove cookies from oven, let cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes then transfer to a wire of rack to cool completely. Cookies will be soft initially, after cool down turn crispy and crunchy.

Finally store it in an airtight jar.and enjoy it
