Whole wheat flour and jaggery's churma Laddu

Take whole wheat flour in a large plate. Add ghee in it. Mix it well till it is crumbly in texture.

Add water as required and knead into a stiff dough. Rest it for 5-6 minutes.

Divide it into equal parts and shape them into elongated shapes and deep fry into oil till golden and crispy.

Once it's cooled grind it. Pass the mixture through a sieve and keep aside.

Now heat ghee in a kadhai and add jaggery. Let it melt.

Add the melted jaggery to the churma. Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Divide the mixture into equal parts, shape them into laddus and garnish it with poppy seeds.
