Pour 1-2 tsp oil in a pan and add green chilies and turmeric powder and then add mashed potatoes.

Then add the Rest of the Masalas and mix them well.

Apply butter on 2 pieces of bread then apply green chutney on one and on other tomato sauce.

Then spread the ready potato mixture on the slicedd of bread.

Cover it with another slice of bread and then keep on a greased grill pan.

Roast till golden brown then cut in 2 pieces.

Our sandwich is now ready to Serve with your preferable drink or ketchup!.
