Ingredients

2 hrs
6-8 servings
  • 2 lbsyour fav baking potato I'm using Cyprus new potatoes
  • My compound butter to taste
  • Water with 1 tsp of bicarbonate soda

  1. 1

    Clean potatoes cover with cold water add bicarbonate soda bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes

    Heat oven to 180 add parchment paper drain potatoes place in pan the add butter cover with foil and bake for 1 hour

    Then remove foil and reduce temp to 160 for 30 -40 minutes until baked to your liken.....enjoy
