Ingredients

  • 2&1/2cups of couscous
  • 1Titus sardine
  • Mixed spices, 2 seasoning cubes & 1/2tspn of salt
  • Scotchbonnet & onion
  • 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 1&1/2cup of hot water
  • Crushed dried cress

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the couscous in a flask, ad the spices,oil, salt & cube, add the grated scotchbonnets & onions, mixed and add the hot water, allow it for 5mins.

    Add the sardine & mix everything together. Serve & enjoy. Served with fish soup.
