Peanut powder chutney

Roast the peanuts in a pan and remove the skin. Let it cool. Grind the peanuts coarsely and very slowly taking break at every pulse so that it doesn't leave oil.

Put the ground peanuts in a seive with all the other ingredients and seive it. Use a atta seive not the bigger holes one as it will make the chutney very chunky.

Sieve the mixture in a plate. The coarse or bigger part grind it again and seive it again. Repeat this 2 or 3 times till the seive is empty.

You can eat this chutney by spreading with ghee on a khakra or upma or chapati also.

Note: you cam adjust the spice as per your taste
