Cut all veggies and stir fry in oil with soya sauce,chilli sauce,garlic and pepper. And keep aside.

In same pan add oil, pour the beaten eggs (seasoned with salt)

Now place the vegetables mixture in between and fold the egg twice

Once done from both sides, take out in a plate and cut. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
