beef marinade for 500g:
1 spoonchili powder
1 spoonpaprika
1 spoonmustard grain
1 spooncoriander, use more roots
2garlic cloves
1café salt
4 spoonolive oil

Grill it for 8-12 minutes and turn each side

Then cover with aluminium foil for 5-10 mins - this will allow the juices to be redistributed throughout the meat

Voilà! ready to serve
