Ingredients

  • beef marinade for 500g:
  • 1 spoonchili powder
  • 1 spoonpaprika
  • 1 spoonmustard grain
  • 1 spooncoriander, use more roots
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1café salt
  • 4 spoonolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Grill it for 8-12 minutes and turn each side

  2. 2

    Then cover with aluminium foil for 5-10 mins - this will allow the juices to be redistributed throughout the meat

  3. 3

    Voilà! ready to serve
