Mango Panna Cota

Preparing mango part: In a bowl take agar-agar, add hot water, and mix. Add mango puree and mix well.

Add to serving glasses as shown in the picture.

Refrigerate to set for 2 hours.

Preparing white part: Take agar-agar in a bowl, add hot milk, mix well. Add sugar and cream. Mix.

Add to refrigerated serving glasses. Keep in fridge to be set.

Serve chilled.
