Steps

Wash and cut green chillies from one side.clean chilli seeds.

Make masala by adding amchur powder,salt and red chilli powder.

Add masala mixture to green chillies.On a tawa heat oil and put them and cover for 1-2 minutes on low flame.open it and turn chillies on other side and cover again for 1-2 minutes.

When chillies become dark brown in color then add water and wait for 1 minute.Now add lemon juice.turn off the flame and cover it

Yummy and sour green chillies are ready to serve and eat ❤️
