Ingredients

  • 1 cupcoarse besan
  • 1/2 cuppowder sugar
  • 1/4 cupghee
  • 2 tspwarm milk+1tsp ghee
  • 2 tspcardamom powder
  • 1 tbspchopped dryfruit
  • as requiredAlmond slicefor garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    First, in besan add milk and ghee mix it properly. then sieve it.

    In a pan add ghee and besan. and roast until u will get a pinkish color and nice Aroma. add chopped dry fruits and mix properly. switch off the gas.

    This mixture cools completely. After that add powdered sugar and cardamom powder.mix it and make a ladoo.

    Garnish with almond slices.
