Steps

Defrost then remove the excess chicken skin and clean the chicken

Boil the chicken a little bit until cooked thoroughly (all the water must be evaporated)

Once the chicken is done, pour a bit of oil and brown the meat then add your chopped onion
- 4
Once the onion is cooked then add your chicken stock and rajah, stir until well mixed then add a bit of boiling water to create the soup, simmer for 5 - 10 minutes (until thickened) then serve with pap or samp:)
