Chocolate tres leche

First take egg whites into a bowl with a pinch of salt or cream of tartar and whisk till foamy,now keep adding sugar gradually till well combined.seive all the dry ingredients and melt chocolate with butter,mix and let cool

Now take seive flour,cocoa powder and baking powder into separate bowl,now add in egg yolks and whisk then add chocolate and butter melted with milk and whisk well till smooth.

Now add in the egg whites batter gradually into the chocolate flour batter and keep folding till all are well combined. Bake the cake 180° for 20 mins till nice baked.

Meanwhile prepare the chocolate
Tres leche..take a bowl with warm milk,add condensed milk,whipped cream and cocoa powder and mix well and keep it in fridge,it should be cold. - 5
Remove the cake from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Run a butter knife around the cake’s edges. Cool completely.
While the cake is still in the pan, use a skewer or a fork to poke small holes through the cake to the bottom, about an inch apart. Slowly spoon the tres leches over the top of the cake, giving it time to soak in. Once the liquid is absorbed, repeat until all the tres leches is used.chill for 5 hours. - 6
When ready to serve make the whipped cream,take a bowl with chilled whip cream adding in sugar powder and cocoa powder whisk till nice forms nice soft peaks. Decorate the cake as you like and dust Some sweet cocoa powder.
