My husband's favourite breakfast full fry egg and toasted bread slices,
Today I try to change the recipe , I try with cheese slices, my hubby loved it ,

Cut the bread slices with cutter or glass,from centre.
Heat the pan and add few drops of oil, then toast the slices,

Place the slice on pan (which you cut from centre)
Pour one egg in centre and cook it on low flame,
Flip the slice on other side and cooked well,

On other toasted slices place the cheese slices and cover the top with hot egg toast slice.
Serve it and enjoy your breakfast.
