In a pan add ghee and fry makhana on medium flame while continuously stirring till crispy. Remove in a bowl and set it aside.

In the same pan add little oil, cumin seeds, and green chilies. Next, add onions and sauté for a minute till a little soft.

Add tomatoes and salt and fry for a minute. Then add makhana and mix all well. Remove from heat.

Mix aloo bhujiya and serve immediately. Garnish with coriander leaves.
