Peel the cloves of garlic and pound them

Then in a small bowl take oil. To it add the red chilli powder and salt.

Then add the crushed garlic to the oil, redchillipowder and salt. Mix it nice.

Have it like chutney in small quantities with your rice and dal or even with chapati and veggies.
