Steps

Take 1 cup warm water add 1 tsp yeast sugar and mix it well...Keep aside for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.

Take another bowl add ragi flour wheat flour and 2 tbsp maida add some salt. mix it well.

Make the dough while adding yeast-activated water and make a soft dough.

Keep for ferment at least 1-2 hours.

After 2 hours. take the dough and divide it into 2 parts. 1 big and 2nd small.

Take small portions and roll it like chapati with the help of a fork make holes and roast on tawa for 2 minutes.

Now take a big ball of dough and roll it. According to an your pizza tin. Assembly in your tin.

After that spread, some cheese spread keeps another chapati, and close all edges properly.

Spread some pizza sauce. add veggies on pizza as toppings as per your choice.

Preheat your oven for 10 min. after 10 min. Keep pizza tin in the oven and bake for 20-25 min.
