Two-Colored Matcha Adzuki Bean Steamed Cake made with a Hand Mixer

cookpad.japan

I came up with a tri-color steamed bread recipe, but I had been wondering if I could make something enticing even without food coloring, which can make it difficult to divide the colors evenly. So I figured 2 colors would also taste good and wondered if it could work.

When adding the amanatto and pouring in the matcha batter, disperse them evenly. If you just dump them in the middle and spread them out, they will mix into the bottom batter.
This is made without sugar, but it's okay since the amanatto are sweet! Recipe by Marrietty
