California Farm Hand Cut French Fries

Four potatoes make two big portions, handcut, and I learned from McDonalds the flavor comes from lard. Lard does not smoke or smell up my kitchen, it tastes delicious, and can be filtered and re used.

California Farm Rotisserie French Fries California Farm Rotisserie French Fries
My handy little airfryer came with a rotisserie cage, never had one before, it rotates two portions of tall 7” french fries till they are all perfectly airfried on all sides in 40 minutes, no fat or oil frying needed. When we were little, and helped our parents harvest the potatoes by hand, we were allowed to make a fire from the dried potato plant tops in the field and lay fresh potatoes in the ashes to roast and eat with our fingers. A delicacy! This rotisserie cage gives french fries that same roasted flavor, I dont peel the potatoes when I handmake french fries and can assure you they have the same special taste. French Fries French Fries
For perfect French Fries, do NOT just fry potatoes. Thanks to millions of dollars spent on research by companies like McDonald’s, we now know that for a moist interior and crisp exterior the key is boil, then fry, then freeze, and then fry again. I’ve never tried better fries than these.#bestfries #potatoes #frites Ricardo -

Mike's Gilroy Garlic French Fries Mike's Gilroy Garlic French Fries
Garlic! "The Stinking Rose!" This recipe is named after Gilroy, California who's town motto is, "Garlic Capital of the Nation and World!" Though that claim is quite sadly, yet accurately, disputed. None the less! We say, "Let them eat garlic!"Chefs Note: It's important to use granulated garlic - as opposed to garlic powder - in this recipe for total success. MMOBRIEN -

Best ever French Fries! Best ever French Fries!
Who doesn't love crisp salted french fries?! Frying them twice is what makes them crispy! We also do this with sweet potatoes. Tossing them in sugar and cinnamon instead of salt. Marilyn -
Crispy cube shaped french fries Crispy cube shaped french fries
Hello 🙂 and how was everyone’s weekend? I do hope that everyone had a lovely one 🙂 Let’s talk a bit about French Fries, the Dutch do love their fries, and toppings, from Mayo to Curry to well let’s say they even have a Peanut Butter type of sauce which I tried when I first came here and really was not a fan of it. The Dutch deep fry the potatoes twice, making them have an even crispier texture than just frying them the way do at home. The last time I actually bought fries from a stand was about 2 years ago..a very very long time. 🙂This weekend’s meal plan had to be very very simple, just a couple of salads, along with omelettes and fries. We were painting one of the hallway’s and it took more time than expected and so cooking needed to be simple. I sometimes make different shapes when making French Fries because I just like trying out new things. Some of the shapes are round, moon, donut shaped. 🙂 Yep, donut shaped with a hole in the middle. 🙂I made just a small portion for my husband because I did my cheating from my diet on Friday. The only thing I added to these fries were Oregano and Salt, this gave the fries a more Greek traditional taste, rather than topping them off with Mayo or Ketchup. But when the fries were ready and I served them I saw that he separated the fries in half, topping the other have with Mayo and Ketchup!!! hahahaha There is also one more thing about these fries that I would like to mention, they could not get any crispier!!!! French Fries in Cosori Air Fryer French Fries in Cosori Air Fryer
When my kids were little, I used to make French fries occasionally, with lots of salt and vinegar (that's how they're eaten in England), and when I made them, I made tons because they devoured them (we devoured them 😅). But they grew up, and it's been years since I made them - sometimes I bake them - and they're delicious that way too - but not fried anymore. One of the pleasures of the air fryer is making French fries again, crispier than those baked in the oven, and just as healthy. You can also add herbs (here, oregano) or spices, to each person's taste. Delicious! BeckyTranslated from Cookpad Spain
