A simple & mouth watering recipe loved mostly by hausa people. Moringa has many health benefits, yet delicious.

Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the moringa leaves and drain. Pour the couscous into a bowl & sprinkle a little water & stir.

    Add the moringa into the couscous. Put maggi, grated scotch bonnet & stir.

  3. 3

    Pour into a colander & keep aside. Add 3 cups of water to a pot, put the colander on the pot & cover it (youhave to choose a colander that fits your pot). Allow to steam for 20- 30 mins.

    Remove & add grinded karago and vegetable oil. You can add slices of cucumber if you like. Enjoy😋
