A beloved Moroccan dish, couscous is well-known worldwide.
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, mix the semolina with salt and pour in the oil. Mix well, then place the couscous pot over medium heat and cook the semolina for 20 minutes.

In a pressure cooker, add the beef, chickpeas, onion, oil, ginger, black pepper, turmeric, saffron, and oil. Place over heat, stir for a minute, then add water, close the cooker, and let it cook until done.

Take the semolina and fluff it with your hands. On a serving plate, place the semolina, then the beef, arrange the vegetables, pour a little broth, and serve the broth in bowls alongside.

Take the semolina in a pot, sprinkle with water, and rub with your hands. Return it to the pot to steam, then repeat the process until it becomes soft. Mix in some butter.

On a serving plate, spread the semolina well, then place the beef and vegetables on top and pour a little broth. Serve the broth in deep bowls alongside.
