Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your vegetables slice/cut them.

  2. 2

    Boil water in a sufuria for 1 min. Add the veggies and allow them to blanch for 2-3 mins.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan. When hot add your veggies. Add salt. Stir and cook for 2-5 mins.
