My Smokey Bacon🥓 & Cheese Parcels. 🧀
These are lovely but next time I will roll that pastry thinner. So Cheesy and tasty 😋😍
Steps

Pre-heat oven 160°C

Roll the pastry out into a square 10 square inch then slice into two then four squares.

Cut the Streaky bacon length in half. To make 16 smaller slices

Add them diagonal interest middle of each square pastry.

Then add the cheese on top of the Bacon
- 6
Next add the other halves of bacon on top of the cheese

Fold the two sides of the pastry right across the bacon the the both ends are triangular in shape just fold over to keep cheese inside. Make four.

Add onto an oven tray with parchment paper lay each parcel on top. Add in the oven for 20 minutes, check oven after 15 minutes to make sure they are cooked.

Serve for Lunch, or Brunch
