The fillet
Marinate the fillet with salt and black pepper. - 2
Heat oil in pan under medium heat.

When heated, fry the fillet till golden brown on both sides.

The egg.
Heat your pan till hot. Add oil. - 5
Break the egg carefully inside the pan to avoid breaking the yolk.

Let it cook under low heat till the egg white is dry.
- 7
Sprinkle 2 tbsp of water in the pan. Cover with a lid. (The hot vapor from the water will cook the yolk perfectly).

Serve.
