Was feeling hungry and was not having time to cook something like main course. So I contacted #cookingwithpalak and made it for me and my sister.It came out to be super amazing.
Steps

Grate 4 medium size boil potatoes in a bowl.

Add 1 Cup soaked poha and finely chopped onion and carrot to it.

Now add all spices according to your taste and knead it into a soft dough.

For crispness add 2 tablespoons rice flour, cornflour or Suji.

Now take a small piece of dough and turn it into a shape of cutlet.

Use breadcrumbs to cover the cutlets. Sprinkle off the extra cutlets.

Alloy oil to heat completely in a pan and then add cutlets slowly and slowly on medium flame.

Wait till the cutlets turn to dark brown in colour.

Soak the excess oil with the help of tissue or newspaper.

Your cutlets are ready and you may enjoy them with green chutney,red sauce or anything as you wish
