Ingredients

2 people
  1. 2 cupurad dal
  2. 4 green chilli,
  3. 2 inch ginger,
  4. as per taste hing,
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. 1/2 small tablespoon soda
  7. As neededCurd,
  8. As needed water,
  9. As needed cumin seeds,
  10. As neededblack pepper
  11. As needed mirch powder,
  12. As neededblacksalt
  13. As neededimli & coriander leaves chutney

Steps

  1. 1

    First soak Ural Dal for 5 hrs. Then drain of the water & add to grinder also add ginger & green chilli.

  2. 2

    Blend to smooth paste if required water then add. Then transfer the batter into a large bowl then add soda, hing & Salt then mix properly.
    Give 10 min rest to the batter

  3. 3

    On frying pan fry vada on medium flame until the vada turns golden brown & crisp.
    Now in larger bowl take water add black salt then add fried vada. Soak vada for 30 min until it absorbs water.

  4. 4

    After 30 min squeeze off the water & transfer to the plate then add smooth paste like curd, black salt, cumin seeds, black pepper, & mirch powder. After that add green & imliye chutney which give different taste.
