First soak Ural Dal for 5 hrs. Then drain of the water & add to grinder also add ginger & green chilli.

Blend to smooth paste if required water then add. Then transfer the batter into a large bowl then add soda, hing & Salt then mix properly.
Give 10 min rest to the batter - 3
On frying pan fry vada on medium flame until the vada turns golden brown & crisp.
Now in larger bowl take water add black salt then add fried vada. Soak vada for 30 min until it absorbs water. - 4
After 30 min squeeze off the water & transfer to the plate then add smooth paste like curd, black salt, cumin seeds, black pepper, & mirch powder. After that add green & imliye chutney which give different taste.
