Firstly take a big parat add maida into it add salt n baking soda, oil,

Add curd n water,

Mix it well n make a soft dough n cover with wet cloth at least one hour, after that open d cloth

N again knead a dough for a minutes n Take a small portion of dough n make all small balls, n make a oval shape bhatura one by one heat the kadhai pour oil, if oil is hot add bhatura into d hot oil,

Fry bhatura both d sides,

Fry all the bhaturas following same procedures.
