Soak quinoa in water for an hour or more, rinse thoroughly and transfer into a pot. Add water(water level slightly above the quinoa), cover and allow to cook until the water dries off.

While waiting, prepare the pineapple. Using a different pot or sauce pan; boil the peas, corn seeds, carrot(can be eaten raw or added to the boiling pot at a later stage) and onion, then set aside. Allow the cooked quinoa to totally cool off.

Mix the boiled peas, carrot, onion, corn seeds and pineapple with the quinoa and serve.
