Poha cutlets are very delicious and tasty tea time snack. Normally we use potatoes in these cutlets but today I have made these delicious cutlets without potatoes. So let’s start the recipe.

Take Poha in a strainer and wash them in running water. Keep them for 10 mins till they get soft.

Now add all the ingredients of cutlets and mix well.

Bind Make the tikkis out of the mixture. Heat a tawa or pan, add oil and shallow fry these cutlets from both sides. Crunchy and delicious Poha cutlets are ready to serve with chutney or sauces.
