  • 350 gomena
  • 2onions
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1Lemon
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • Cooking oil

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Wash omena with hot water added with lemon juice

  2. 2

    Hit sufuria with cooking oil and fry the omena till brown

  3. 3

    Add the onions and continue frying

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes and cool till they become juicy

  5. 5

    Added the spice and salt. Put a Little water, cover and simmer.

  6. 6

    Serve with hot ugali
