Different types of Croissants are available in the market. I particularly prefer the ones made with pastry dough. They flaky and crunchy from outer side and melt-in-mouth soft and thin from inside.
You enjoy them only when you heat them up because that way you are melting the butter used in the pastry which gives it the perfect texture.

Ingredients

  • 1croissant
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 2-3 tbspjam / nutella

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast croissants. By doing so, they get crispy from outside and super soft and flaky from inside. It releases aroma, looks buttery and feels puffed and supersoft at the middle.

  2. 2

    Cut it at the middle and fill in the middle hole with Nutella/butter/butter and jam/butter and peanuts or any other stuffing of your choice. Usually any stuffing that goes with maska buns can go with this too. You can also enjoy it with spicy stuffing (for samosa, puff etc). Enjoy it hot!

    I love it with whipped butter and sugar sprinkled over it. Try with cinnamon, butter and sugar.
