Peel and grate the cucumbers using the medium side of a grater. Sprinkle with salt and let them drain to remove excess liquid.

Peel and crush the garlic cloves, or grate them finely.

Place the cucumbers on a serving dish. Add the yogurt and garlic, and mix well. Add the olive oil and mint, and stir to combine. Keep refrigerated.
