First fry the hilsha fish into hot oil sprinkle salt and turmeric.fry until golden brown. Put it out into the bowl. Now add kalo jeera, bay leaf now add aloo, begun, borboti one by one fry in the oil till golden brown

And then add, salt, sugar, turmeric, jeera, dhania as per taste now add sorse, chilli, ginger paste stirring it well and add water as needed. Now add fried hilsha.

Boiled for 10 minutes now off the flame and serve it.
