Masala puris can be eaten as it is n it can go well with any sabji. The taste of fennel seeds in it makes it more delicious.
Steps

Take wheat flour, gram flour, and semolina.

Add salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder to it. Crush cumin n fennel seeds coarsely n add to flour.

Add oil for moin. N mix everything well. Check the dough by holding n breaking.

Add water gradually n bind a semi-soft dough.

Divide the dough into equal parts. Make small rounds n make puri.

Deep fry them in medium hot oil. Serve hot with any sabji or tea.
