First separate the mince in two portions,keep aside one portion,then add butter and onion in pan and saute few minute...

Add one portion mince, ginger, garlic paste, spices mix very well and cook it 5 to 7 minute take it out and let it cool...

Now in blender add raw mince, cooked mince and all others ingredients

Blend very well, give a coal smoke and make kebab shape..

Now heat the oil and fry them in golden color, serve with your favorite sauce/ Chutney
