Grilled Lamb Udon Noodles Ramen🍜

Boil water with celery, Shiitake Mushroom, soy sauce, black pepper and salt. When it cook leave it with the low heat.

Spiced the lamb with pounded coriander root, garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Leave it about 1 hour.

Soften the udon noodles according to the packet instructions. Usually this involves soaking or simmering them in boiling water. As soon as the noodles pull apart, drain them and toss with the sesame oil. Blanch green been, approx 3-4 mins, drain and scoop them down.

While your noodles are cooking, grilled your spice lamb in air-fryer use 200 C approx 20-25 mins or until they are done. Then slice it.

Serving bowls‼️ Top with sliced lamb, green beans celery leave and fried garlic cloves and chilli oil/flakes if using.
