Palak paneer pulao is healthiest and eastiest receipe ever.
There are many several variations to making of palak paneer pulao. But here I used paneer in grated form instead of small pieces.
For gravy I used boiled spinach leaves, ginger and garlic.
You can also make this pulao from left over palak paneer curry. Let's go for the receipe

Cooked rice: take a big vessel and add water to boil also add slight salt and ghee. Once water is boiled then add soaked rice. (Make sure that you wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes before boiling it). Once the rice is cooked perfectly or comes in an upward direction then rinse the water from it. And keep aside for while.

For preparing spinach gravy: wash spinach leave and cut it. Take a small vessel add water, sugar, and spinach leaves and boil it. And rinse the excess water from it. & keep aside for cooling down.

Further, once it is cool down then take a mixture jar add boiled spinach leaves, garlic, and ginger paste, and grind well.

For preparing palak paneer pulao: heat the oil on the pan and add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick, asafoetida, cumin seeds and mix well. After that add onion mix well till it turns golden brown. Next, add spinach gravy and combine well all the things for 4-5 minutes.

Furthermore, add grated paneer and boiled basmati rice. & mix spices like turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, cumin-coriander powder, and sahi biryani masala and combine well.

At last, add green coriander leaves and grated paneer for garnishing. Now, palak paneer pulao is ready.
