Ingredients

  1. 1 Pkgyellow cake mix
  2. 1 Pkginstant vanilla pudding mix (4-serving size)
  3. 3/4 cupeggnog or 1 tbsp lemon juice 3/4 cup milk (let sit 10-15 min)
  4. 3/4 cupoil
  5. 4lg eggs
  6. 1/2 tspnutmeg
  7. Powdered sugar
  8. Crisco Shortening
  9. bust out
  10. Cupmeasuring
  11. Bowllarge
  12. Metal strainer
  13. Bunt pan
  14. Cisco shortening
  15. Mixer

Steps

1 Hr 30 min
  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 350; grease & flour Bundt pan
    In a large bowl, combine cake & pudding mix, egg nog & oil; beat on low speed until moistened.

    Add egg and nutmeg to the large bowl of cake & pudding mix, beat on medium high speed 4 minutes or so

    Pour into pan & bake 40-45 min or until toothpick near center comes out clean.

    Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
    After removing fro pan let cool on rack an additional 15 minutes (until cool to the touch).
    When cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
