  • 1cardamom
  • 4 tablespoonGhee
  • 10cashews
  • 10Dry grapes
  • 10Curry leaves
  • 1 tea spooncumin
  • 4Green chilli
  • 1Onion
  • leavesCoriander
  • 1 inchcinnamon
  • As per taste Salt for taste

    Cook rice and keep aside. To give tadka heat ghee in a pan, add jeera, cinnamon, dry grapes, cashews cardamom, cloves and fry them for 1 min. To this add curry leaves,

    Chopped onion and split green chillies and fry for 1 min. Then add cooked rice and salt. Add freshly cut coriander leaves
