Ingredients

20 minutes
3~4 servings
  • 5Green peppers
  • 1 handfulKatsuobushi (Dried bonito flake)
  • 70 gCanned Tuna (in oil)
  • 1 Table SpoonSoy Sauce
  • 1 Table SpoonSesame Oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash peppers and dry with paper towel well, then cut them in half vertically, and take off the seeds and calyx.

  2. 2

    Cut peppers into about 1cm (half an inch) strips, and put them into a microwaveable bowl.
    *You can cut peppers into either vertically or horizontally.

  3. 3

    Put Katsuobushi and canned Tuna into the bowl with the peppers, and toss, then cover it with plastic wrap.
    *Put the oil in the canned Tuna as well.

  4. 4

    Heat the bowl in the microwave (600W) for 3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil to the bowl, and toss well, then cover the plastics wrap again, and let it sit for 3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve! You can sprinkle some sesame as well.
