Steps

Take a cake tin,grease with oil & place butter paper grease with oil & keep it aside

In a newspaper, add 1&1/2 cup of Maida, 1/2 cup Cocoa powder, 2 tsp of Baking powder + 1/2 tsp of baking soda + 1/4 tsp of salt & Combine together. Then strain it for 3-4 times

In a bowl, Add 8 eggs + 2 tsp of Vanilla Essence & beat this. Add powdered sugar gradually to this mixture until it becomes fluffy

After Beating, add 1/2 cup of sunflower oil to it & beat it (don't overbeat,just combine together)

Add dry ingredredients (prepared in step 2)& 1/2 cup of milk(in room temperature) gradually & beat it well { put dry ingredients & milk alternatively}

Preheat this oven setup for 10 mins in medium flame

Pour the cake mixture to the cake tin & Tap this for removing air bubbles

In the tray keep the cake tin & close with lid & bake for 30-40 min in medium flame

After 40 min,open the lid take toothpick & test it with cake tester

Take the cake out, let it cool for 5 mins

For frosting, In a bowl, add 2+1/4 cup of whipping cream, 4 tbsp Icing Sugar & Beat until it became stiff

For Cherry sugar syrup, In a bowl,add 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, a pinch of salt,10 chopped cherries & Boil them

For making Chocolate Ganache, In a bowl pour 250ml of fresh cream & boil it.Add 4 tbsp of sugar,mix it well. When it boils,add grated chocolate, stir continuously in low flame mix it well. Switch off the flame & add 2 tbsp of Butter & mix it well

For ICING procedures as follows :-

Peel the butter paper from the cake & cut the cake into 3 layers

Apply little cream on the cake board & take first layer

Apply cherry sugar syrup, apply whipping cream, add strawberry crush then grated dark chocolate compound then place next layer

On 2nd layer,Apply cherry sugar,apply whipping cream,add strawberry crush then grated dark chocolate compound then place next layer

Place 3rd layer, Apply cream on the sides of the cake.Then apply cherry sugar syrup, apply whipping cream all over the cake

Refridgerate for 1 hr

Decorate as per your mind

Drip the dark chocolate ganache and refridgerate for at least 1 day
