Take a cake tin, Grease with oil & Place butter paper grease with oil & keep it aside

Preheat this oven setup for 10 mins in medium flame

Strain 2+1/4 cup of Maida,2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1/4 cup Milk powder. Strain at least 3 to 4 times. After straining add 1/4 tsp Vanilla Powder

Separate the 10 eggs to white & yellow.In a bowl,add egg white & beat it till it becomes fluffy

Add 2+1/2 cup powdered sugar gradually to beated egg & beat it

In another bowl, Add egg yellow, 2 tsp of vanilla essence, 1/4 tsp salt then beat it. then gradually add this mixture to egg white mixture

In a bowl,Add 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup sunflower oil, 2 tbsp Butter(melted) & mix them.Take some egg mixture and add to this mixture & mix it well.

Add this mixture to the egg mixture & Mix it with spatula

Add dry ingredients (step 3) gradually to this mixture & Beat this with spatula or beater

Poue the cake mixture to the cake tin & Tap this for removing air bubbles

Bake the cake for 30-40 mins in medoum flame

After 40mins, check with a cake tester

Take the cakr out, lrt it cool for 5 mins

Cut the cake into 2 or 3 layers & keep it aside

For sugar syrup, in a bowl, add 1/4 cup(50gms) of sugar, 1/2 cup of water, 1 pinch of salt. Then boilit.When it boils switch off the flame & let it cool

Spray this sugar syrup to all 3 layers

In a bowl, add 3 cups of whipping cream & beat them & Keep it aside

For cherry filling, add 1 cup cherry, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tsp of lemon juice & boil it.

In another bowl, add 1 tbsp cornflour & add 1/4 cup water & mix it well. Then add this mixture to this cherry mixture

For Ganache, In a bowl add 5 tbsp of whipping cream, 120gms of ehite chocolate then melt them

Icing Procedures are as follows :-

Put some cream on the base then keep first layer & apply sugar syrup then apply whipping cream then add white chocolate ganache, add cherry filling

Place second layer, apply sugar syrup then apply whipping cream then add white chocolate ganache, add cherry filling

Place third layer,apply sugar syrup then add whipping cream all over the cake

Refridgerate for 1 hr

Decorate as your wish,refridgerate for 1 day.
