It's my father's birthday: I want to make a dessert, but it's too hot to turn on the oven, I have very little time, and only a few ingredients at home... what to do? Here's a super simple but truly delicious recipe: no-bake hazelnut baci di dama, filled with Nutella!
Steps
- 1
Place the hazelnut flour in a bowl and add the sugar and water. Quickly mix all the ingredients together and knead until you have a soft, compact dough.
- 2
Break off small pieces of dough, about 1/4 ounce (6 grams) each, and roll them into balls. Then roll the balls in sugar to coat.
- 3
Take one ball, add a small amount of Nutella, and top with another ball. Gently press them together to seal.
- 4
Let the baci rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving so they set nicely.
