Ingredients

  1. 1Kohlrabi
  2. 2 tspWine vinegar
  3. 2 tspSugar
  4. 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    This is kohlrabi. Remove the leaves and peel the skin thickly.

    Cut in half vertically and then cut into 2-3 mm slices.

  3. 3

    Add the kohlrabi and the flavoring ingredients to a plastic bag and rub everything together.

  4. 4

    Remove the air from the plastic bag, close it up, and put it into the refrigerator. Eat the next day.
