In a bowl combine maida, ajwain and oil. Mix....well. Add water as needed and make a semi stiff dough. Once it is done. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes. Heat oil in a kadai. Add cumin seeds, fennel seeds let it crackle for few minutes. Add dhania powder, red chilli powder, hing, chaat masala, salt, besan then add grind mong dal. Fry till it is cooked well and dry in consistency. Once it is done. Keep aside.

Make a small ball regarding the dough ball.

From the dough take a small ball roll it like a poori. Put the stuffing in the center of the chappati. Close the edges and roll it like a poori. Heat oil in a kadai. Fry the kachori till it is light brown in colour.

Once it is done. Transfer to a plate. Ready to serve with.....................imli chutney.
