Ingredients

10-15 minutes
5-6 people
  • 1 litrefull cream milk
  • 200 mlcondensed milk
  • 1/2 cupchopped dry fruits
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat milk in a wide pan.

  2. 2

    Simmer till it reduced to 1/3 rd.

  3. 3

    Then add condensed milk and dry fruits.

  4. 4

    Simmer for another 10 minutes or it reaches desired consistency.

  5. 5

    Garnish with some more dry fruits

  6. 6

    Now yummy rabdi is ready.

  7. 7

    Serve hot and cold as per you taste.
