Ingredients

  1. 1-2 cupssmall pasta shells
  2. 1 cupwater for boiling
  3. 1/2 cupheavy whipping cream
  4. 1 (7 oz)container of Pimento Cheese (I use Price's)
  5. 1 cupFiesta blend shredded cheese
  6. 1/2 tsponion powder
  7. 1/2 tspground mustard
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs for topping
  10. 3 slicesbacon (chopped)= optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil shells.

  2. 2

    Drain shells.

  3. 3

    Add heavy whipping cream to drained shells. Now add Pimento cheese, Fiesta blend cheese and seasonings.

    Mix well.
    In baking dish, spray it with nonstick stick spray. Add shells mixture. Top with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs for topping.
    Pop in the oven at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Broil on low for 3-5 minutes.

So if you didn't know this already, we Southerners are pretty set in our ways when it comes to cooking certain dishes.We also don't measure seasonings. It's delicious.2. It's fun.3. Healthier living.4. Gets me out of my own head for a little bit and calms my mind.5. Trying new things.6. Making up my own recipes.7. I get to share my recipes with others.8. Making memories.9. It's a continuous learning process.10. Cheaper than eating out.11. It saves the expenses.12. Makes me a happier person.13. Boosts my confidence.14. It's fun to mess with different ingredients.15. Makes me more creative.16. Getting those praises and comments makes it all worth it.17. I'm half Italian and Irish. I accidentally used 12oz pimento should I add some more noodles and cream?
